Event Coordinators

What's the Process?

Planning a conference, seminar, annual event, executive off-site, or any event takes a lot of energy, time and money. We also completely acknowledge that success is measured by how much the audience learns, remembers, and enjoys the experience – Ultimately – What value has been added! Whether you need an opening or closing keynote speaker, Edward’s goal is to make your job easier, make you look awesomely fantastic, and ensure that your event is a huge success!

1. GET IN TOUCH

To work with Edward, schedule an appointment or contact our staff to discuss your event. We will be in touch with you shortly to look over and discuss the details of your event and confirm Mr. Mosley’s availability for your specified date. Because he believes in the importance of relationships and adding value, during this process, we’ll help you determine if your event is a good “fit” for his services. We are not able to tentatively hold your booking date while we are in communication and ironing out all the details until payment is made.

2. BOOK YOUR DATE

To secure a date on Mr. Mosley’s calendar, a non-refundable 50% deposit of his fee is required. We will send you his contract to review and sign. Everything will be sent in an expeditiously manner  and all invoices/contracts come PDF or with E-sign capabilities. Upon the agreement of the signed contract, our staff will schedule a pre-event discovery interview and consultation with Mr. Mosley.

3. CONSULTATION

Edward will meet with you and others on your team virtually or in-person.  This initial discovery meeting will help him gain insight, your perspective and desired results regarding your organization, event theme and objectives.  Additionally, this is the opportunity to examine industry trends and assist in the formalization of an event concept. Using this information, Mr. Mosley will prepare a program that is personalized to suit your event and will be a life changing moment for your event attendees.

4. PAYMENT

Mr. Mosley’s remaining balance will be due no later than 7 days prior to your scheduled event. Leading up to the event, we will also confirm the room setup, provide any marketing material for your program if needed, and continue to coordinate travel itinerary, staging, and other logistics.

5. SHOWTIME

If this is an out-of-town or international event, Mr. Mosley will generally arrive the day before his presentation. This allows for early audio visual checks on the day of the event and adequate time to go over any other changes (if any) of your event production to ensure SHOWTIME success. If this is a virtual event, Mr. Mosley will generally have two meeting prior to the event at the same time as the scheduled event to ensure that there are no technical issues for presentation and he will arrive 30 minutes prior to the presentation on the day of the event.
